• We have been working on

  • addressing the issues with search and the forms.
  • Implemented audit log functionality and are working on merge functionality.
  • Deployed all of our changes to the Cottage Labs EMLO edit interface.

• Anusha sent invoice 1 (1 of 2) for EMLO edit for the functionality that has been implemented thus far

Present: Howard, Neil, Miranda, John, Anusha, Hrafn

Miranda has had a chance to look at the updates we have made over the holidays, and has gathered feedback for us, which she will share with us.

We spoke about the plans for the year.

• Cottage Labs have the following tasks to work on

  • Authentication and authorization of users
  • Audit log functionality
  • Desired search functionality
  • Review and accept uploaded works
  • Merge functionality
  • Tweaker upgrade
  • Exporter upgrade We aim to complete this in March 2023.

• EMLO have thankfully secured funding for Miranda to be able to carry on working with EMLO and for Cottage Labs to be able to continue working on EMLO, likely working on the next bit of work stated in the proposal.

Actions

• Anusha to submit new invoice a.s.a.p ('next few days'c. 18/01) for part 2 of the EMLO work detailed in the actions above.
  Sent invoice on Jan 16th.
• Anusha to meet with Howard, Neil and Miranda to discuss next steps (after Howard, Neil and Miranda gather details regarding costs and funding from Jane, and have an idea of what's available for the coming year)
