Record of the meeting

Status of EMLO Front

  • There are 102 issues waiting to be reviewed in the review column of the dashboard.
    • Keep the issues we are yet to release for production in review (see next point)
    • Move all other issues to Done
  • John is yet to release version 5.
    • We need to detail what these changes are for version 5.
    • The performance improvements of site-front-2 are in a separate branch and not part of dev branch.
    • We need the production branch of site-front-2 to compare with dev.

Status of EMLO Edit

  • We have got Feedback-7.

  • Millie will be giving us Feedback-8 and Feedback-9.

  • We are currently working through feedback-4 and are yet to do the rest.

  • We will be doing an integration test on Tueday with John at the Bodleian QA server. In this, we will be testing

    • Deployment
    • Migration of database from EMLO edit to EMLO edit 2
    • Export
    • Integration with Collect and EMLO Front

  • We went through the Kanban

    • There are issues ready for testing, which AR will test and hand over to Millie
    • Millie has a few issues to review for EMLO edit and a few questions to answer

General note

  • We plan to finish the feedback, tweaker, uploader and exporter work by March end, with April as contingency.

  • In April, time permitting we will work on the architecture of integrating EMLO Collect with EMLO Edit 2.

Actions

  • Push prod branch deployed in production to site-front-2 - John

    • Create qa branch based on prod - Anusha
    • Create pull request from qa to dev for version 5 deployment - Anusha
      • Document changes to be deployed
      • Move issues in the review column to done, if they are not related to this PR
      • Once this is ready, email the team
      • This was not needed to be done as the production code had all of the latest changes, including version 5

    This was not needed, as prod had all the features from dev already deployed. We only have features fixed in the last two days waiting to go to qa.

  • Test deployed issues and pass over to Millie - Anusha

  • Review issues with questions and relay back answers - Millie
