Record of the meeting

Present: Howard, Neil, Sophy, John and Anusha

We discussed current progress.

Sophy shared her current design. See the github repo https://github.com/sssoz/emlo-prototype for the current design.

We will retain the current database structure, containing Union and Collect tables (and not split this into two tables).

For the next two weeks the task is

  • Add form to create new user and dashboard for user and role management.
  • Work on the API for spreadsheet upload.
  • Add the views and controllers to enable spreadsheet upload.

Actions

  • Get new URL endpoint for emlo-edit in QA called emlo-edit2 perhaps - JP (carried forward from 2022-04-22

  • Give Cottage Labs access to emlo-qa-edit please. The username is cofkcottage. - JP

  • Update Gantt chart and send email to Howard - AR
    I updated the Gantt chart with the progress made, created a wiki page for Gantt charts and uploaded the updated Gantt.

  • Update design of EMLO edit search results - SO

  • Sophy to advice us on template to use for Django. This will translate easily between the designs she produces and us using it in Django. - SO
