Status of EMLO Edit bug fixes

The issues stated in the feedback received in Oct and Nov have been mostly addressed and are ready to be deployed and tested.

• Fixed issues
  • Fix incorrect default search order
  • Cannot reject uploads that not uploaded successfully
  • Add or edit person: The help text for date of death and date when flourished is wrong
  • Advanced search: can’t see dates and filters
  • Dates - the year box is not wide enough
  • Distinguish required fields in the form
  • Search result display - Each person (author or addressee) should be displayed in a new line
  • person relationships linked details are still not displaying correctly
  • Letter descriptor (displayed as title) does not have date if it is only month and year
  • 'matches' within the 'Related Resources’ column - each item should be set on a new line
  • In the Work Advance searches, 'does not contain' is not working and I receive a 500 error message
• Cannot reproduce the issue
  • Search result navigation - clicking on page number does not work in Firefox
• Yet to be fixed
  • Id of new work is not sequential
  • Improve form design in EMLO edit
  • Log out on shutdown?

  • When I add a resource to a letter, it is not visible in work search results

Status of EMLO front upgrade

We have tested EMLO front at Cottage Labs and believe it is ready for testing and deployment by the EMLO team
