Player permissions

For different commands available from the mod players would need permissions to be able to use them. The list of permissions are tied to player's role, if they are a player without any city then just "DEFAULT" list will be applied and will containt for example CITY_HERE/CITY_INFO permissions to check cities information. If they in position of MAYOR list will be longer and contain CITY_CLAIM_PLOT/CITY_KICK for example.

To check lists or change them open "claims_permissions.json" in ModConfig folder.

By default there is city assistant role(CITY_ASSISTANT) with permissions, but you can add your own but adding another item in the file which starts with CITY_ and has some list of permissions. After that it should be available in game and in GUI as well.
