A lot of discussion to adopt PAR and RAR (2021) re: Grant management.

• Variable and sweep payment.
• Confirmation of pay
• CMA9 Certification. 17 other banks - how to get aligned.
• Multiple Issuers - Suggestion made to OAuth mailing list. Chris will follow up.

5.   OAuth JAR (Nat)

• -25 Pushed to IETF.
