Grand Line
The Grand Line page explains the Midnight Angler's Grand Line crafting chain.
The Midnight Angler's Grand Line doubles treasure drops while fishing.
The current addon guide says it does not require profession skill to create. You combine fished components, and the fragments can be fished in Midnight zones. The guide also notes that every tier can be bought or sold on the Auction House.
You build two chains separately, then combine the final pieces:
