Profiles Overview

What Profiles Save

A profile records the state of every installed mod:

• Mod ID from Info.json
• Version
• Source URLs (Repository, HomePage) for auto-download when applying

Profiles are JSON files in <AppData>/DVModManager/profiles/.

Creating a Profile

1. Set up your mods however you want
2. Enter a name in the profile selector
3. Click Save

If the name already exists, a suffix like "(2)" is appended automatically.

Applying a Profile

1. Select the profile from the toolbar dropdown, or open Manage Profiles
2. Click Apply

The manager diffs the target profile against your current mods. Missing mods are downloaded from GitHub when possible.

Deleting a Profile

Open Manage Profiles, select the profile, click Delete. The JSON file is removed; installed mods are not affected.

Default Profile

A "Default" profile is created on first run. It's a fallback if no profile is created or selected.
