Installation

Requirements

• Windows 10 or Windows 11
• A Steam copy of Marc Ecko’s Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure
• Getting Up Modding Tool

Download options

Two Windows builds are available:

win-x64

Smaller download. Requires the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime to be installed.

win-x64-self-contained

Larger download. Includes the required runtime and can run without installing .NET separately.

Install

1. Download the release archive.
2. Extract it to a folder of your choice.
3. Run GettingUpModTool.exe.

Note : The application does not need to be installed inside the game directory.

Game detection

The tool attempts to detect the game automatically by locating the Steam installation.

If it cannot find the game:

1. Open Overview.
2. Open Game setup.
3. Click Browse…
4. Select the Getting Up game folder.
