This Commercial Use License explains how FarmPath may be used in commercial and business environments.
This document supplements:
- Terms of Service
- EULA
FarmPath may be used for legitimate commercial farming operations.
This includes use by:
- Farm owners
- Ranch operators
- Agricultural businesses
- Livestock operations
- Farm management teams
- Agricultural consultants
Use of FarmPath for business record keeping is permitted.
Permitted uses include:
- Tracking farm operations
- Managing financial records
- Tracking livestock
- Managing equipment
- Planning farm activities
- Maintaining operational logs
Users may use FarmPath to support their own business operations.
Use of FarmPath does not transfer ownership of the software.
Users receive:
A license to use the software
Users do not receive:
- Ownership rights
- Distribution rights
- Resale rights
All intellectual property remains owned by Crawford Family Farm.
Users may NOT:
- Resell FarmPath
- License FarmPath to others
- Bundle FarmPath with other services
- Offer FarmPath as a managed service
- Create competing services using FarmPath
- Use FarmPath to operate a SaaS platform
- Reverse engineer FarmPath
This protects the integrity of the platform.
Farm businesses may allow employees to use FarmPath for internal operations.
The business remains responsible for:
- Employee use
- Data accuracy
- Access management
- Employee actions
FarmPath does not manage employer/employee relationships.
Consultants or advisors may use FarmPath for client work only if:
They have proper authorization from the farm owner.
We are not responsible for third-party consultants.
Users may not:
- Host FarmPath as infrastructure
- Operate FarmPath on behalf of others as a platform
- Use FarmPath as backend software for other services
FarmPath is licensed for end-user use only.
If FarmPath introduces integrations:
Users may not:
- Scrape data
- Automate extraction
- Build unauthorized integrations
- Use automation to bypass limits
We may restrict abusive use.
Certain commercial features may require paid subscriptions.
Commercial use does not grant free access to premium features.
FarmPath does not guarantee:
- Farm profitability
- Cost savings
- Operational improvements
- Business outcomes
Use of FarmPath does not guarantee financial benefit.
FarmPath is not a business continuity system.
Users must maintain independent records.
FarmPath should not be the sole operational system.
Users assume all risks related to commercial use including:
- Financial decisions
- Operational decisions
- Livestock management
- Equipment use
We are not liable for business losses.
Large organizations may not:
- Deploy FarmPath enterprise-wide without agreement
- White-label FarmPath
- Rebrand FarmPath
- Offer FarmPath as a platform
Enterprise licensing requires separate agreement.
(This protects future growth.)
We reserve the right to restrict use that:
- Abuses the platform
- Impacts performance
- Circumvents subscription controls
- Creates excessive load
Users may not copy:
- Design
- User interface
- Features
- Workflows
For use in competing software.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this license.
(This protects against abuse.)
We may terminate access if users:
- Violate terms
- Attempt resale
- Attempt exploitation
- Attempt reverse engineering
Upon termination:
- License ends
- Use must stop
We may update this license.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Commercial licensing questions:
Crawford Family Farm
FarmPath may be used for commercial farming operations.
Users may not resell or redistribute the software.
Commercial users assume responsibility for business decisions.
FarmPath remains the property of Crawford Family Farm.
