Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern the use of paid subscription services offered through the FarmPath mobile application ("App") provided by Crawford Family Farm ("Company", "we", "us").
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
FarmPath may offer optional paid subscription plans that provide enhanced functionality and features within the App.
Subscription benefits may include, but are not limited to:
- Advanced farm management tools
- Extended data storage capabilities
- Premium analytics and reporting
- Expanded farm record features
- Priority feature access
- Additional cloud sync capabilities
The specific features available under each subscription tier are described within the App.
Subscription options may include:
- Monthly subscription plans
- Annual subscription plans
Prices and features may vary depending on region and promotional offers.
All pricing is displayed inside the App prior to purchase.
Payment for subscriptions is processed through Apple's App Store billing system.
When you confirm a purchase:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
- Billing is handled by Apple
- We do not store your payment information
Taxes may be applied based on your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
Renewal rules:
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period
- The renewal charge will be for the same subscription plan and price unless Apple changes pricing or you select a different plan
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
To manage subscriptions:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select FarmPath
You may:
- Cancel your subscription
- Change subscription plans
- Disable automatic renewal
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Important details:
- Cancellation prevents future renewals
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time
FarmPath may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans.
If you begin a free trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends
- The subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial expires
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
Subscription prices may change from time to time.
If pricing changes:
- Apple will notify you in advance
- The new price will apply starting with the next renewal period
All payments are processed by Apple.
Refunds must be requested directly from Apple through their refund system.

Crawford Family Farm cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
Users who reinstall the App or install it on a new device may restore previously purchased subscriptions.
This can be done by selecting Restore Purchases inside the App.
Subscription features may evolve over time.
We may:
- Add new features
- Modify existing features
- Remove features
These changes may occur without prior notice.
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Service interruptions may occur due to:
- Software updates
- Maintenance
- Third-party infrastructure issues
- Internet connectivity problems
We may suspend or terminate access to subscription services if a user violates the Terms of Service.
