By using FarmPath you agree to this policy.
FarmPath is built around user data ownership.

- We do NOT sell financial data
- We do NOT sell farm operational data
- We do NOT sell location data
- We collect minimal information necessary
FarmPath is primarily a local-first application. Most data remains on your device unless you enable sync features.
FarmPath stores information entered by users including:
- Farm names
- Property boundaries
- Land management records
- Pasture records
- Operational notes
- Sales records
- Expense records
- Mileage logs
- Accounting notes
- Revenue tracking
FarmPath does not verify accounting accuracy.

- Breeding data

- Maintenance logs

Users retain full ownership of this data.
We may collect technical information necessary for operation.

If enabled, FarmPath may collect GPS data to provide:

FarmPath may allow data sharing between users.
If you share data:

Users accept these risks when enabling sharing.
We are not responsible for actions of users you authorize.
FarmPath subscriptions are processed exclusively by Apple.

Apple handles all financial transactions.
Apple’s privacy policy governs payment data.
FarmPath may store reminder schedules to send notifications including:
- Maintenance reminders
- Event reminders
- Operational alerts

FarmPath allows direct management of most data inside the App.

FarmPath is not intended for users under age 13.
