Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FarmPath mobile application ("App") provided by Crawford Family Farm ("Company", "we", "us").
By downloading, installing, or using FarmPath you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
FarmPath is a software platform designed to assist users with organizing farm-related information including:
- Farm records
- Financial records
- Animal records
- Equipment records
- Land management
- Mapping information
- Maintenance tracking
- Operational planning
FarmPath is a record-keeping and organizational tool only.
FarmPath does NOT provide:
- Accounting services
- Tax advice
- Veterinary advice
- Agricultural consulting
- Business consulting
- Legal advice
- Precision agriculture guidance
Users are solely responsible for decisions made using the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FarmPath.
If using FarmPath on behalf of a business:
You represent you have authority to bind that organization.
FarmPath is licensed, not sold.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App.
You may not:
- Reverse engineer
- Modify
- Redistribute
- Resell
- Attempt security bypass
- Attempt unauthorized access
Violation may result in termination.
Users are responsible for:
- Accuracy of records
- Financial reporting
- Tax compliance
- Livestock care decisions
- Equipment operation
- Operational planning
- Backup of data
FarmPath does not verify user-entered information.
FarmPath is not accounting software.
Financial calculations are informational only.
Users must independently verify:
- Revenue
- Expenses
- Mileage
- Reports
- Tax documentation
We are not responsible for:
- Financial loss
- Accounting errors
- Tax penalties
- Reporting mistakes
FarmPath does not guarantee outcomes related to:
- Livestock performance
- Crop production
- Feed efficiency
- Equipment productivity
- Farm profitability
Agricultural operations involve inherent risk.
Users assume full operational responsibility.
FarmPath may store equipment maintenance data.
We do not guarantee:
- Equipment safety
- Maintenance accuracy
- Repair timing
- Operational readiness
Users remain responsible for equipment safety decisions.
Mapping features are provided for convenience.
GPS accuracy is not guaranteed.
Users must independently verify:
- Boundaries
- Coverage
- Navigation
We are not responsible for location errors.
FarmPath may function without internet connectivity.
Offline data may:
- Fail to sync
- Sync later
- Conflict with other records
Users assume risk of offline operation.
FarmPath may use Apple CloudKit.
We are not responsible for:
- Sync delays
- Data conflicts
- Service interruptions
- Infrastructure failures
Users must maintain backups.
FarmPath may allow data sharing.
If you share access:
You accept risks including:
- Data edits
- Data deletion
- User mistakes
- Version conflicts
We are not responsible for actions of authorized users.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups.
FarmPath does not guarantee:
- Data preservation
- Recovery capability
- Historical restoration
If data is lost:
We may not be able to recover it.
Users acknowledge recovery may be impossible.
We may:
- Add features
- Modify features
- Remove features
Features may change without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Infrastructure
- Internet outages
- Software updates
Certain features may require a subscription.
Subscriptions:
- Auto renew
- May change in price
- May change in features
Apple manages billing.
Refunds must be requested through Apple.
We reserve the right to restrict access if users attempt:
- Payment fraud
- Subscription circumvention
- Unauthorized access
FarmPath software remains property of Crawford Family Farm.
Users receive usage rights only.
Users may not:
- Use the App unlawfully
- Attempt security breaches
- Upload malicious content
- Attempt disruption
FarmPath may rely on:
- Apple CloudKit
- Apple Notifications
- Apple Maps
- Google Maps
We are not responsible for third-party failures.
FarmPath is provided:
- AS IS
- AS AVAILABLE
No warranties are provided.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Crawford Family Farm shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Farm losses
- Livestock losses
- Equipment failures
- Data loss
- Tax penalties
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
Maximum liability limited to subscription payments in prior 12 months.
Users agree to indemnify Crawford Family Farm against claims arising from:
- Use of the App
- Business operations
- User data
- Farm operations
We are not liable for failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Internet outages
- Government action
- Service provider failures
Users agree not to use FarmPath in violation of U.S. export laws.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Users waive jury trial rights.
Users agree disputes must be filed individually.
No class actions permitted.
These Terms are governed by laws of:
- United States
- State of Florida
This agreement is between you and Crawford Family Farm.
Apple is not responsible for:
- Maintenance
- Support
- Warranty
- Claims
Apple is a third-party beneficiary.
We may terminate access if Terms are violated.
Upon termination:
- License ends
- Use must stop
We may update these Terms.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
