This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Crawford Family Farm ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of the FarmPath mobile application ("App").
By downloading, installing, or using FarmPath you agree to this Agreement.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FarmPath is licensed, not sold.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or commercial farm management purposes.
This license does not grant ownership of the App.
You may NOT:
- Reverse engineer the App
- Decompile the App
- Modify the App
- Copy the App
- Resell the App
- Rent the App
- Redistribute the App
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Attempt to bypass subscription controls
Violation may result in termination.
FarmPath including:
- Software
- Design
- Interface
- Logos
- Features
- Documentation
remains the property of Crawford Family Farm.
All rights not granted are reserved.
Users retain ownership of all data entered into FarmPath.
This includes:
- Farm records
- Financial records
- Animal records
- Equipment records
- Mapping data
- Operational logs
We claim no ownership of your farm data.
You are solely responsible for:
- Accuracy of data
- Financial records
- Tax reporting
- Livestock records
- Equipment data
- Operational decisions
FarmPath does not verify user data.
Users must maintain independent backups.
FarmPath is not accounting software.
FarmPath does not provide:
- Accounting services
- Tax preparation
- Financial advice
Any calculations are informational only.
Users must verify:
- Revenue records
- Expenses
- Mileage
- Reports
- Tax calculations
We are not responsible for financial losses or penalties.
FarmPath is not an agricultural advisory system.
We do not guarantee:
- Crop success
- Livestock outcomes
- Feed efficiency
- Equipment productivity
- Farm profitability
Users assume all operational risk.
FarmPath may provide mapping features.
GPS accuracy is not guaranteed.
Users must verify location data independently.
We are not responsible for:
- Coverage errors
- Navigation errors
- Mapping inaccuracies
- Signal interruptions
Mapping is provided for convenience only.
FarmPath may use Apple CloudKit for synchronization.
We do not control Apple's infrastructure.
We are not responsible for:
- Data conflicts
- Sync failures
- Service outages
- Delayed sync
- Corruption
- Device conflicts
Users should maintain independent backups.
If FarmPath allows data sharing:
Users accept risks including:
- Conflicting edits
- Accidental deletion
- Version conflicts
- Sync timing issues
We are not responsible for shared data conflicts.
We are not responsible for loss of:
- Financial data
- Farm records
- Animal records
- Equipment records
- Mapping history
- Operational logs
Users must maintain backups.
Subscription features are licensed during the active subscription period.
If a subscription expires:
Premium features may become unavailable.
Previously created data remains accessible unless otherwise specified.
We may release updates that:
- Add features
- Modify features
- Remove features
- Fix bugs
Updates may be required for continued use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Downtime may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Infrastructure failures
- Internet connectivity
FarmPath may rely on:
- Apple CloudKit
- Apple Notifications
- Apple Maps
- Google Maps
We are not responsible for failures of third party services.
FarmPath is provided:
- AS IS
- AS AVAILABLE
We provide no warranties including:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- Availability
- Fitness for purpose
Use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Crawford Family Farm shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Farm losses
- Livestock losses
- Equipment damage
- Lost profits
- Lost data
- Tax penalties
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.
You agree to indemnify Crawford Family Farm from claims arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your data
- Your business operations
- Your farm activities
We may terminate this license if you violate this Agreement.
Upon termination:
You must stop using the App.
You agree not to use the App in violation of U.S. export laws.
This Agreement is between you and Crawford Family Farm.
Apple is not responsible for:
- Maintenance
- Support
- Claims
- Warranty
Apple is a third-party beneficiary.
Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Users waive the right to jury trial.
You agree disputes must be filed individually.
No class actions permitted.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.
We are not responsible for failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Power outages
- Internet outages
- Government actions
- Service provider failures
We may update this Agreement.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
