Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how purchases and refunds are handled for FarmPath subscriptions.


1. Apple Billing Authority

All FarmPath subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

This means:

  • Payments are charged by Apple
  • Apple controls billing
  • Apple controls refunds

Crawford Family Farm does not process payments directly.

We do not store payment information.


2. Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple.

Refunds cannot be issued by Crawford Family Farm.

Apple determines eligibility for refunds.


3. Subscription Charges

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

Users are responsible for managing subscriptions.

We are not responsible for charges resulting from:

  • Failure to cancel
  • Missed cancellation deadlines
  • Device sharing
  • Family sharing purchases

4. Cancellation Timing

To avoid renewal:

Users must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

If not cancelled in time:

Apple may process renewal charges.

We cannot reverse Apple billing decisions.


5. No Partial Refunds

Apple typically does not provide refunds for:

  • Unused subscription time
  • Partial billing periods
  • Early cancellation

Access continues until the billing period ends.


6. Free Trial Conversions

If a free trial is offered:

The subscription automatically converts to paid unless cancelled.

Users are responsible for cancelling before trial expiration.

Unused trial time may be forfeited upon purchase.


7. Billing Errors

If users believe a billing error occurred:

They must contact Apple directly.

Apple controls:

  • Billing investigation
  • Refund decisions
  • Transaction corrections

We cannot access Apple billing systems.


8. Unauthorized Purchases

If unauthorized purchases occur:

Users should contact Apple.

Examples include:

  • Family member purchases
  • Device sharing purchases
  • Account misuse

Apple investigates unauthorized purchase claims.


9. Feature Changes

FarmPath may change features over time.

Subscription purchases provide access to:

  • Current features
  • Future updates

We do not guarantee:

Permanent availability of specific features.

Feature changes do not automatically qualify for refunds.


10. Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Infrastructure issues
  • Internet outages

These interruptions do not normally qualify for refunds.


11. Chargebacks

Users should contact Apple before initiating payment disputes.

Improper chargebacks may result in:

  • Subscription suspension
  • Access restrictions

Apple manages payment disputes.


12. Promotional Pricing

Promotional pricing may:

  • Expire
  • Change
  • Convert to standard pricing

Users are responsible for reviewing renewal pricing.


13. Restore Purchases

Users who reinstall the App may restore subscriptions using the Restore Purchases option.

This does not create new charges.


14. Subscription Management Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Monitoring subscription status
  • Managing renewals
  • Updating payment methods

Subscription management occurs through Apple account settings.


15. Refund Exceptions

Any exceptions to refund policies are determined solely by Apple.

We do not control Apple refund decisions.
