Boot logo

K706 / QF firmware only. The menu entry only shows on a ROCO K706 with QF firmware (UIS7862). Status: emulator and scripts tested, not yet on a unit.

Settings → System → Unit tools → Boot logo puts your car's brand on the start-up screen (GitHub edition only):

• Pick from 387 makes (logos downloaded on demand); a simple fade / grow animation with a glint.
• Install (root shell): the animation goes to the firmware's own /great/bootanimation.zip; the still logo (off by default) to the logo partition through the firmware's script.
• Save to USB if you'd rather use the unit's own USB import.
• Play it now to preview, Restore to go back.

Safeguards: nothing in /system is touched; the original animation and the whole logo partition are backed up first (also to /sdcard/Dashwheel/boot_backup), every write is checked and rolled back on mismatch.

The firmware also ships 125 brand logos of its own: Factory settings (code 8888) → Logo set.
