Arguments:
datastack (string, mandatory)
the name of the CAVE datastack the segment IDs are from (e.g. "brain_and_nerve_cord")
seg_ids (list of integers, mandatory)
a list of segment IDs to check the proofreading status of
Returns:
out_list (list of booleans)
a list of True/False values denoting proofreading status of each segment ID
True = marked as proofread
Example
INPUT:
import tracertools as tt
segments = [
720575940379940739, # not proofread #
720575941535667946, # not proofread #

720575940380207581, # not proofread #
]
is_proofread = tt.check_seg_proofread_status(
datastack = "brain_and_nerve_cord",
seg_ids = segments,
)
print(is_proofread)
OUTPUT:
[False, False, False, False, True, False]
Note
The proofreading status of the example segment IDs may have changed since the writing of this example if any of them have been edited. If this is the case, running the above code may give you output with more True results.
