uiform checklist

(checklist . args)

The uiform checklist element shows a list of string checkboxes.

Parameter	Default	Description
id	#f	Variable to store selected strings in
location	'db	Checklist variable storage location
default	'()	List of string entries
radio	#f	Allow only one item to be selected (radiobox)
