The price of Volley reflects what the funding has actually built. The matrix is public for the same reason the source is open and the devlog runs in the open: the audience deserves to see the function that produces the number. Cumulative funding over a 2-year cycle determines what the full game gets to be; whichever band the project lands at, that is the shipped game and the price. Every band ships a full game; the £700/month baseline alone produces £16,800 over two years, which puts the project firmly inside Band 0 with no external revenue at all.
