Arms
On this page:
- The Arms tab
- Movement
- Attacks
- Making a melee or ranged attack
- Making an area effect attack
- Making a directed spell attack
- Defenses
- Set defenses
A character's or creature's attacks and defenses are all shown on their actor sheet on the Arms tab. The top half of the tab shows the movement block and available defenses. The bottom half shows all available attacks which could be natural attacks, innate attacks from talents, or from weapons available in the Inventory tab.

If an attack is from a weapon in the inventory, you can equip and unequip it directly in the Arms tab by clicking the "Hand" icon in the first column. If a weapon is not equipped, or is not available (e.g., it is broken) then it will be greyed out.
The movement block shows how far you can move. If you are encumbered, it will grey out any pace you cannot reach. You can change the movement mode in the header (running, swimming, flying, etc.).
- Make sure you target your opponent's token.

- Open your actor sheet on the Arms tab.
- Select the attack you want to make and click the Attack button in the Total OB column. This button shows the OB for the attack. If you hover over it, it will change to "ATTACK".

-
It will then open the Attack dialog. Fill out any relevant values and ask the GM if there are any other modifiers to add to the OB roll.
IMPORTANT: You must give time for your opponent to respond, and set their defenses on their own actor sheet.

- Once you have confirmed the defender is ready and asked the GM for any other modifiers, click Ok and it will roll the attack and any critical and send the result to the chat sidebar.

- If you did damage or injuries, you can click the "Apply Damage" to transfer it to the opponent. Some injuries show as icons on the token, like stun or bleeding.

- Your opponent can see the full damage on their Conditions and effects tab.

See the Spells page for making a Directed Spell attack. Other than the preliminary SCR roll, the attack follows the same process as melee and ranged attacks.
