Split Exit Lane divides inside/outside traffic from exactly one Split Exit Lane

The pairing of each exit lane out of a single Split reconfiguration is abstracted by this relationship. One lane will be on the inside and the other on the outside with respect to one another.

Formalization

divides inside traffic from

Split Lane Division Pair.(Inner split exit lane, Inner division, Outer division, Road segment) ->
Split Exit Lane.(LR ID, Inner division, Outer division, Road segment)

divides outside traffic from

Split Lane Division Pair.(Outer split exit lane, Shared division, Outer division, Road segment) ->
Split Exit Lane.(LR ID, Inner division, Outer division)

The inner and outer Split Exit Lanes share a common Lane Division. The outside Lane Division of the inner Split Exit Lane is the inside Lane Division of the outer Split Exit Lane. So the Shared division referential attribute merges those two into a single value. Also, both Split Exit Lanes must be part of the same Road Segment, so that attribute is also merged.
