Natural leaves have a 5% chance to drop one when destroyed or decayed after chopping a trunk. Mining or uprooting a planted sapling returns it.
Use on dry grass or dirt. After about three minutes of unpaused world simulation, it can grow into a broadleaf tree with 4–6 logs. The complete footprint needs loaded, clear space and sufficient sky or placed light. Buildings, water, foliage and characters postpone growth. Save/load preserves its deadline; time outside the game adds no growth.
