• Focus on the next MVP before April 27
• Review outcomes from the last lab session
• Evaluate what worked and what didn’t in the previous MVP

• Issues for the next MVP are created, but final MVP issues are not yet opened and must be completed today
• Discussed adding specific start and end dates to each issue based on priority and dependencies
• Identified several missing topics in the implementation plan that need to be incorporated
• Proposed allowing a single story to be assigned to multiple locations, each with its own map pin
• Based on customer meetings, discussed enabling anonymous story sharing
• Emphasized the importance of topic-based search for stories
• Proposed an AI-agent-based system that asynchronously analyzes story content and assigns tags in the database
• Noted that the AI tagging feature is complex and should be split into multiple issues
