1. Agenda

• Review preparation plan for the final presentation on May 14
• Go over the final presentation script and speaker responsibilities
• Discuss missing automation issues for E2E testing
• Check whether frontend tests are included in the CI/CD pipeline

• Discuss known guest-mode loading bug

2. Key Points Discussed

Final Presentation Preparation

• The final presentation will take place on May 14
• The presentation script was reviewed during the meeting
• Presentation responsibilities were distributed among team members
• Speakers were assigned for the relevant parts of the final presentation

E2E Testing and Automation Issues

• Automation issues for end-to-end tests have not been opened yet
• These issues need to be created so that E2E testing work can be tracked properly
• Mustafa will be responsible for opening the necessary automation-related issues

Frontend Tests and CI/CD Pipeline

• It needs to be checked whether frontend tests are currently included in the CI/CD pipeline
• If frontend tests are not included, the related YAML configuration files must be updated
• Mustafa will check the current pipeline configuration and make the required updates if necessary

Missing Requirement-Based Issues

• There may still be requirements that do not have corresponding issues
• Existing requirements will be reviewed to detect any missing issues
• Furkan will be responsible for identifying missing requirement-based issues and creating them

Frontend Tasks Without Tests

• Some frontend tasks may have been completed without their tests being written
• These tasks need to be identified
• Corresponding test-related issues should be opened
• Enes Hamza will be responsible for checking completed frontend work and creating the necessary issues

Guest Mode Loading Bug

• A bug was observed when using the application as a guest
• In guest mode, some data loads late
• A bug issue will be opened for this problem
• Enes Hamza will be responsible for creating the bug issue

Issue Closure Deadline

• The deadline for completing all remaining issues was set as Sunday evening, May 10
• All open issues should be completed by this deadline so that the team can move into full review and presentation preparation

Full Application Review

• On Monday, the entire application will be tested from beginning to end
• The goal is to detect remaining bugs, missing features, and inconsistencies before the final presentation

Pre-Presentation Rehearsals

• One detailed pre-presentation will be held on Tuesday
• Another detailed pre-presentation will be held on Wednesday
• Both pre-presentations will be recorded
• These recordings will be used to evaluate the presentation flow, timing, and speaker performance
