1. Agenda

• Review MVP Report sections and assign writing responsibilities
• Discuss team process improvements for communication and planning

2. Key Points Discussed

• Reviewed the MVP Report document (D6) section by section: project status, deliverables table, requirements, testing strategy, and team process.
• Reflected on the milestone: all MVP deliverables were delivered on time, but late implementation start and delayed blocker reporting added pressure at the end.
• Agreed that communication needs improvement — blockers and updates should be shared immediately in WhatsApp rather than held for the weekly meeting.
• Individual Contributions page must be filled in by each member before the submission deadline.

• Mustafa will create and fill all wiki pages required for the MVP report.
• All team members must fill in their section in the Individual Contributions page by 20:00 on the deadline day.
• Going forward: raise blockers immediately in WhatsApp; start implementation tasks earlier in each sprint.
