1. Agenda

• Discuss MVP and final milestone implementation plans
• Discuss if another milestone(s) is/are necessary in between
• Discuss PR and merging strategies, github actions

3. Decisions

• An additional milestone will be introduced on April 27 between the MVP and the final deadline. This milestone will cover important functionalities that are not required for the MVP but should be completed before the final stage, in order to make end-to-end flow completion and testing more manageable.
• The MVP will include the most necessary core functionalities of the application, such as user registration, post creation, and map views.
• Important but non-essential functionalities needed beyond the MVP, such as post interactions, live media recording, and report flows, will be targeted for the mid-milestone.
• For the MVP, only the web application is required. Mobile application implementation will be addressed during the mid-milestone phase.
• Lower-priority and relatively smaller features, such as filtering and badges, are planned for the final milestone. The final milestone should focus primarily on comprehensive testing and final refinements, with limited additional implementation work.
• Another meeting will be held on Tuesday after the midterm to discuss the first implementation steps in detail. Development is planned to start this week.
• All pull requests must be reviewed by at least two team members before merging. In addition, an automatic testing pipeline will be added through GitHub Actions so that tests such as unit tests run on every pull request.
