1. Agenda

• Finalize the overall structure of the use case diagram.
• Review actor-based use cases and identify missing or updated flows.

2. Key Points Discussed

• We reviewed the final use case diagram based on the main actors: Guest, Basic User, Contributor, and Admin.
• Shared actions such as navigation, filtering, map interaction, and viewing posts were clarified for the relevant actors.
• We agreed to add the audio transcription flow for the Contributor, including both file upload and instant recording options, together with preview support.
• Admin responsibilities regarding reported posts will be revised in line with the updated requirements.

3. Decisions

• The final use case diagram will be updated according to the reviewed schema, while the detailed structure will be reflected directly in the final diagram.
• The Contributor side will explicitly include the transcription flow and dashboard-related additions.
• The Admin side will explicitly include inspecting reported posts and deciding whether to approve or remove them.
