The Obscurists

The dark cult of Null, headquartered in the ruined Observatory of the Obscure above the Absurdity Abyss. Once, by most accounts, among the most promising minds the University of the Unseen ever produced, the Obscurists came to a conclusion the rest of the Observists could not follow: that the Void is not a wound to heal but a truth to accept, and that the Great Weave's insistence on meaning is the real unkindness. They are dedicated to the Unweaving, not the Void's slow, accidental forgetting, but a deliberate, total unpicking of the Weave.
