Replaces improvised agent behavior around system events with explicit, standardized notifications in the system prompt: - Context pressure warning (>=75%): fires every turn with clear protocol — what's preserved automatically vs what needs a manual commit. Urgent variant at >=85% adds "commit now, stop" instruction. - Degraded services block: surfaces watchdog unhealthy services that were previously collected but never shown to agents. - Bootstrap truncation notice: when workspace files are dropped for token budget, agent now knows which files to read_file directly. - Emergency distillation identification: when pre-flight distillation runs this turn (>=90% ceiling), priming block now says "ran before this response" rather than the generic "context was distilled" message. - Loop detector threshold transparency: warn messages now include halt threshold so agents know how close they are to a hard stop. contextTokens declaration hoisted out of session metrics block so it can be shared with the new pressure warning.
