Bug 1 (High): ALETHEIA_MEMORY_USER and ALETHEIA_MEMORY_URL were captured in module-level consts at import time, before taxis config sets them from aletheia.json. All three consumers (recall.ts, mem0-search.ts, fact-retract.ts) now use lazy getters that read env at call time. Bug 2 (Medium): graph_enhanced_search crashed with TypeError because Python sets are not subscriptable. Line 595 in routes.py used set(graph_neighbors)[:5] — fixed to list(set(...))[:5], matching the pattern already used on line 628. Closes #81

Bug 1 (High): env var race in memory tool consumers
ALETHEIA_MEMORY_USERandALETHEIA_MEMORY_URLwere captured in module-levelconstdeclarations evaluated at import time — before the taxis config system sets them fromaletheia.json. Result:user_idwas always"default", causing all memory searches to return empty when the real user ID was config-driven.Fix: Replace module-level consts with lazy getter functions that read env at call time.
