Complete implementation of Spec 19: Sleep-Time Compute.

What this does

Agents can now reflect on their conversations during idle time, finding patterns that fast real-time extraction misses. Three capabilities:

Phase 1: Nightly Reflection Pipeline

  • Purpose-built reflection prompt that looks for patterns, contradictions, corrections, implicit preferences, entity relationships, and unresolved threads
  • Confidence-gated memory storage ([HIGH] + [MEDIUM] stored; preferences require [HIGH] only)
  • Existing memory injection for cross-reference contradiction detection
  • Chunked reflection for large conversation histories
  • reflection_log table (migration v15) tracking every run
  • Built-in cron command: reflection:nightly

Phase 2: Weekly Cross-Session Reflection

  • Reads distillation summaries from the past week (not raw messages)
  • Detects trajectory shifts, topic drift, weekly behavioral patterns, unresolved multi-session arcs
  • Built-in cron command: reflection:weekly

Phase 3: Self-Assessment Integration

  • computeSelfAssessment() derives calibration signals from reflection history
  • Tracks correction rate, unresolved rate, contradiction count
  • Computes trend: improving/stable/degrading by comparing recent vs older reflections
  • API: GET /api/reflection/:nousId/assessment

Testing

  • 17 new tests (all passing)
  • 69 store tests (unbroken)
  • 21 distillation tests (unbroken)
  • Clean typecheck

Cost

~10-30K tokens per agent per night (Haiku). Under $1/day total.

Adds a reflection engine that runs offline during idle hours to find
deep patterns that real-time extraction misses:

- Reflection prompt tuned for patterns, contradictions, corrections,
  implicit preferences, entity relationships, and unresolved threads

- Schema migration v15 (reflection_log table)

- reflection:nightly command wired in aletheia.ts startup
- API endpoints: GET /api/reflection/:nousId, GET /api/reflection/:nousId/latest
- RBAC + route normalization for new endpoints
- 10 tests (all passing), 69 store tests unbroken, typecheck clean

Finds trajectory shifts, topic drift, weekly behavioral patterns,
and unresolved multi-session arcs. Built-in cron command:
reflection:weekly.

Phase 3: Self-assessment integration. computeSelfAssessment() derives
calibration signals from reflection history — correction rate,
unresolved rate, contradiction count, and improving/stable/degrading
trend. API endpoint: GET /api/reflection/:nousId/assessment.

Also: getDistillationSummaries() store method, spec updated with
full implementation details, 17 tests all passing.
