Summary

  • Migration v13: distillation_log table with extraction breakdown (facts/decisions/open_items), flush status, and audit trail
  • Receipt automatically written after each distillation with detailed counts
  • Recency boost: computeRecencyBoost() — +0.15 linear decay over 24h applied to recall memory scores
  • Sidecar /search now surfaces created_at from Qdrant metadata for boost calculation

Depends on: #66 (session classification)

Test plan

  • CI passes
  • Verify distillation_log table populated after distillation
  • Verify recall scores show recency boost in debug logs

Migration v12: session_type (primary/background/ephemeral), last_distilled_at,
computed_context_tokens columns with backfill from key patterns.

- Auto-classify sessions on creation by key pattern
- Background sessions (prosoche) distill at 50 msgs / 10K tokens with
  lightweight mode (skip extraction, single-sentence summary)
- Ephemeral sessions (spawn/ask) hard-deleted after 24h via retention daemon
- Store methods: updateSessionType, updateLastDistilledAt,
  updateComputedContextTokens, deleteEphemeralSessions
- Fix unused timingSafeEqual import in server.ts

feat: multi-signal distillation triggers and token accounting

Replace single 140K threshold with multi-signal triggers:
- computedContextTokens >= 120K
- messageCount >= 150
- 7+ days since last distill with 20+ messages
- Never distilled with 30+ messages
- Legacy threshold (backward compat)

Also: store computed_context_tokens from API-reported actuals in
finalize stage, set last_distilled_at after each distillation,
add post-distillation verification warnings.
