What

Knip-driven dead code audit with cleanup.

Removed

  • 5 stale UI build assets (old hashed versions)
  • 3 unused npm deps: chalk, dotenv, yaml (zero imports in src/)

Marked (preserved)

  • 9 auth/ modules marked TODO(unused) — scaffolded for spec 3, not yet integrated. Marker prevents future sweeps from deleting them.

False positives (kept)

  • aletheia.mjs — runtime entry point, dynamically loaded
  • Tool files (config-read, deliberate, message, sessions-*) — registered dynamically by tool registry
  • Exported types — contract/documentation purposes

Also included

  • Current UI build assets (GraphView lazy chunks, updated index.html)
