Bayam are exercises done in movement. Asana are postures done in stillness.
Bayam from 2018 Immersive:
- Ankle and feet stretches
- Single leg lifts (on your back)
- Double leg lift
- Half sit-ups (10x)
- Full sit-ups (5x)
- Cobra in movement (10x)
- Push-ups and side planks
- Squats
- Forward bending on two legs
- Forward bending on one leg
- Dands (hindu push-ups)
- Baithak (hindu squats)
- Lunge, balance, touch the floor
