From the 2018 Ghosh Yoga Immersive

Bayam are exercises done in movement. Asana are postures done in stillness.

Bayam from 2018 Immersive:

  1. Ankle and feet stretches
  2. Single leg lifts (on your back)
  3. Double leg lift
  4. Half sit-ups (10x)
  5. Full sit-ups (5x)
  6. Cobra in movement (10x)
  7. Push-ups and side planks
  8. Squats
  9. Forward bending on two legs
  10. Forward bending on one leg
  11. Dands (hindu push-ups)
  12. Baithak (hindu squats)
  13. Lunge, balance, touch the floor
