- Women's earning power is 90% of men's right after college, and decreases to 45% after x number of years.
- Negotiation is selling. You are selling your professional skillset and knowledge.
- Negotiation is not adversarial.
- Negotiation is problem solving.
- To get what you want
- Research how much people in comparable roles make
- (For a promotion) Determine how much you generate for the company
- Look good. Wear clean, well-fitting clothes, shower, take care of your hair.
