2.2 The main window

The window has two parts: a top control bar of captioned modules that reflow onto more rows as the window narrows, and the panadapter (spectrum plus waterfall) filling the rest of the window. In FT8/FT4/FT2 the lower part of the window is shared with the digital operating panel.

The control-bar modules, left to right, are: Frequency, S-meter, Band/Mode, VFO, RIT/XIT, Receiver + Filter/Noise, Rig (only on a radio with an aerial selector or a remote power switch), Transmit (TX-capable rigs only), Display, FFT, and System.
