Approving full WebGPU stack
Stack from ghstack (oldest at bottom):
Adds the
aten.bitwise_and.Tensor/aten.bitwise_not.default(bool) op-test suites, stacked above the op diff.Key changes:
test/ops/test_bitwise.py—BitwiseAndModule/BitwiseNotModulederive their bool operands on-GPU from float inputs (a > 0via the delegatedgt.Tensoragainst a baked zero buffer), so the only runtime inputs are float tensors (the op-test framework is float-input-only).bitwise_anduses distincta/bseeds (AND ~25% True);bitwise_notinverts one ~50% mask.test/op_tests/cases.py— registersbitwise_and/bitwise_not(shapes 2d/3d/sq, allnumel % 4 == 0), byte-exact bool goldens.Co-authored-with: Claude Code.
