config/loyalcompanions-server.properties |

config/loyalcompanions-singleplayer.properties |
Single player and LAN worlds | The same settings for your own worlds. |
config/loyalcompanions-client.json |

config/loyalcompanions-update.json |
Servers and single player | The update check: whether players are told about a new version when they join. |
The properties files are created with all defaults on the first start. Every setting is explained in the file itself, grouped like on this page, with its range and default. Changes need a restart. Chances are written from 0.0 (never) to 1.0 (always). Invalid values fall back to the default, values outside the range are clamped.
The JSON files (loyalcompanions-client.json, loyalcompanions-update.json) cannot hold comments; each starts with a _help entry that explains its settings.
