Optikey versions
The latest versions of the Optikey suite of apps are compiled for 64-bit computers. Due to factors beyond our control we have also had to drop support for some eye trackers.
As of version 4.0, Optikey will no longer support the following eye trackers:
- MyGaze
- Tobii EyeX
- Tobii Eye Tracker 5
- Tobii Eye Tracker 4C
- Alienware 17
- Steelseries Sentry
- Tobii REX
For certain use-cases, like when operating on a 32-bit system or with specific eye tracking technology, you might find it beneficial to refer to earlier versions (v3.2.x). Although these are no longer in active development, we will continue to provide bug fix updates to support existing users.
Both version 3 and 4 provide all four apps - Optikey Pro, Optikey Mouse, Optikey Chat and Optikey Symbol. To explore their different features, see Optikey Pro, Optikey Mouse, Optikey Chat and Optikey Symbol.
