How to obtain

Make this item using the crafting or processing recipes below.

Using it

Place exactly one controller in a solid rectangular pack of battery blocks, with its front facing out. The controller adds no storage of its own. See the battery bank guide for dimensions, wiring and charge-preserving repairs. Connect electricity to any exposed controller face; claimed member-cell sockets remain inactive.

Opening its controls shows a matching illustration and name in the left panel. See Machine interfaces. A formed bank counts as one endpoint when sharing grid power with other batteries.
