First review
Start here · Questions · Progress · People decide
These three packages give parallel work a common starting point. Each offers alternatives, a recommended next step and a defined review scope. We can prepare research across the stack while people consider these choices.
Choose how this wiki becomes our shared workshop: questions name the work, AI assistants prepare evidence and options, and people decide the next step.
Recommended: Use the linked wiki as the reading and question map, GitHub issues for review conversations, and versioned repository records for evidence and history.
Choose a design approach that makes the public equipment, its power and its maintenance fit the conditions it will face. The existing artwork starts the visual conversation; this package starts the physical design.
Recommended: Develop coordinated designs for a sheltered arcade demonstrator, an operational outdoor public kiosk and a portable continuity kit. Compare freestanding and host-supported arrangements before choosing the outdoor build.
Choose the first connected jobs to demonstrate, so we can test the kiosk, information, people, messages and Aura learning as a working whole.
Recommended: Start with a connected service demonstration using sample records at three logical locations and a portable unit. Practise everyday work, lost connections and recovery, then prepare the measured hardware and field trials.
