Printer Workflows
Cindr3D treats printer control as a cross-firmware workflow. Tabs and commands adapt to the connected printer when enough information is available.
For setup-specific guides, see Printer Connection Setup, Camera Setup, Filament Profiles, Mid-print Object Cancellation, and Print Tuning and Utilities.

When a printer is configured, Cindr3D opens the full printer ribbon and live dashboard controls.

Cindr3D-sliced jobs emit object labels automatically. For files from other slicers, enable object labels in the slicer where available.
Object cancellation can be managed from:
- Exclude Object tab
- Object Cancellation dashboard card
- 3D Print Preview viewport context menu
Fleet features help small workshops manage more than one printer:
- Persistent smart queue
- Job routing by build volume, loaded material, nozzle size, printer profile, and availability
- Split-copy workflows across multiple printers
- All Cameras view across saved printers
- Layer Gallery snapshots and ZIP export
- Per-printer camera stream configuration
- PTZ presets for supported network cameras
- Spool tracking and material roll-up
The Status tab summarizes firmware state, endstops, probes, sensors, boards, motors, outputs, and network information from the connected printer.

The Height Map tab provides 2D and 3D bed visualization, probing actions, mesh compensation controls, and deviation statistics.

Cindr3D supports workshop automation through:
- Generic webhooks
- Discord
- Slack
- Telegram
- MQTT
- Home Assistant REST/discovery payloads
Common events include PRINT_START, LAYER_CHANGE, PAUSED, FAILED, and DONE.
Safety-oriented controls include:
- Chamber temperature monitoring and control
- Ramp curves, preheat, and cooldown behavior
- Door-open interlock
- Air-quality thresholds through MQTT topics
- Stepper driver tuning for current, microsteps, and driver mode where firmware supports it
