Campaign status (2026-08-16): CLOSED. Dual-host improvement campaign (Claude + Grok) finished and audited. Product baseline v0.2.0. Closing release: campanha/2026-08-16-fechada (SHA 6a7b212). Official host: github.com/petrinhu/bigtech_plugin only (no Codeberg/Forgejo). Project porte (size band) is early | scale | bigtech — floor is early; the word "solo" is only an informal/deprecated alias that normalizes to early, not a porte category.

Welcome to the wiki of bigtech, a plugin for Claude Code. This page is the entry point. If you have never used Claude Code, start with the section "What this is, in plain words" and follow the links in the index.

What this is, in plain words

Claude Code is a programming assistant that runs in your terminal (the black command screen of the computer). You talk to it in plain language, and it reads files, writes code, and carries out tasks in your project.

A plugin is a package that adds new capabilities to Claude Code, much like installing an app on a phone. The bigtech plugin turns Claude Code into something larger: instead of a single generic assistant, it gains an entire software company inside it, with 51 specialists (called agents), each holding a role.

The core idea: to build real software, knowing how to program is not enough. A technology company has people for product, design, engineering, security, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and operations. The bigtech plugin brings all of those roles together as agents that Claude Code can call on as needed.

And there is an important safeguard: the plugin measures the size of your project and only turns on the specialists that are needed. A small 200-line program does not need a whole company; it needs one or two people. This avoids what we call over-engineering (making things more complicated than the problem requires). See the term in the Glossary.

You are in charge. Whoever installs and operates the plugin is the supreme leader of this company: the "CEO of your bigtech". The agents propose and execute, but the final word on important decisions (what to build, how, how much to spend, what to publish) is always yours. When in doubt, they ask before acting.

What comes inside the plugin

The plugin bundles three kinds of piece. Each one has its own term, explained in the Glossary:

  • 51 agents: specialists with one role each. 12 are leadership (the "C" level, the C-level) and 39 are operational (they do the hands-on work).
  • 4 skills (command skills): shortcuts that you type starting with / to trigger ready-made flows. They are /bigtech, /proj_software, /tab_pendencias, and /visual-design-director.
  • 6 hooks (automatic hooks): small programs that fire on their own at certain moments (for example, when a session starts or when a file is saved) to enforce quality rules.

Where to start

  1. Read the Glossary to understand the terms (agent, skill, hook, C-level, and others).
  2. Follow the Installation step by step.
  3. Learn the day-to-day Usage, with simple examples.

Didactic pages (start here)

  • Glossary: the meaning of each technical term, explained from scratch.
  • Installation: how to install the plugin, step by step.
  • Usage: how to use it day to day, with examples.

The 4 skills (commands)

The 6 hooks (automatic hooks)

The 51 agents

The agents come in two categories. The C-level leadership (12) decides and coordinates; each one has its own name and the color orange. The operational ones (39) carry out the work and have the color blue. The colors and layers are explained in the Glossary.

Pre-flight of the pending-tasks table. All 51 agents, when called on a project, run a quick start-up check (a "pre-flight"): they check whether the TODO.md file (the task table from the /tab_pendencias skill) exists at the root. If it does not exist, the agent warns that it recommends generating it before proceeding (without creating it on its own) and goes on with the requested task. If it exists, it aligns the work with the table (waves, IDs, and prerequisites). See more in Usage.

Status da campanha (2026-08-16): FECHADA. Campanha de melhoria dual-host (Claude + Grok) concluída e auditada. Baseline do produto v0.2.0.

Veja o termo no Glossário.

  2. Siga a Instalação passo a passo.
