Legendary Monsters

Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge: this page documents that build and its measurements. For the separate 171-control Minecraft 1.21.1 port, see Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge.

One control for Legendary Monsters 2.2.2 (mod id legendary_monsters), a client-side fix: the camera-shake listener no longer throws when there is no local player. The switch checks the code it would change against the tested build; another build is left untouched with one WARN line (see How the patches are applied).

Legendary Monsters: the camera-shake listener no longer throws when there is no local player. Legendary Monsters' camera listener read the local player's age one line before checking that there is a player, so a camera event without one (possible when another mod renders a world with its own camera) threw an error out of the camera setup. Without a player the listener now does nothing, which is what the rest of it already did in that case; with a player it runs unchanged.

Measured: offline on Legendary Monsters' own class: without a player the original throws and the fixed listener returns; with a player both run the same code; switching it off brings the original error back.
