Ribbits

Minecraft 1.20.1 / Forge: this page documents that build and its measurements. For the separate 170-control Minecraft 1.21.1 port, see Minecraft 1.21.1 NeoForge.

One control for Ribbits 3.0.2 (mod id ribbits), a fix: removing a maraca player that is not in the audience list no longer throws. The switch checks the code it would change against the tested build; another build is left untouched with one WARN line (see How the patches are applied).

Ribbits: removing a maraca player that is not in the audience list no longer throws. Ribbits removes a maraca performer by walking that performer's audience list without checking that there is one, so removing a performer it no longer tracks threw an error on the server thread. A missing list is now treated as an empty audience; for a tracked performer everything happens as before, in the same order. The situation is not known to occur with Forge 1.20.1's item handling, so this is a guard.

Measured: offline on Ribbits' own class: an untracked performer makes the original throw and the fixed method return; performers with an empty or a three-player audience give the same calls and the same result in both.
