AVISO and groups

• AVISO: shared airport geometry/text, Dark/Light/Real palettes, Copy/Paste and zoom visibility.
• Groups: names, order and text/line/area membership.
• Runtime Menu: active airport and session-only group visibility.
• Runway-Driven Group Visibility: automatic rules, cross-airport runway matching and manual overrides.
• Insets: AVISO and SRW operation.

The current source bundles 160 maps. Palette and group availability depends on the selected GeoJSON; Real is supplied for LFBO, LFLL, LFML, LFMN, LFPG, LFPO and LFSB. LFPG has independent East Arrows and West Arrows groups, following active 08/09 or 26/27 by default. A manual toggle remains until its source runways or rule change.
