Control Center Profiles

Control Center: Overview · Display · AVISO · Alerts · Groups · Modes · Profiles · Settings

Profiles contain Display definitions, modes and alert settings. The Runtime Menu Profile popup selects the same definitions as this page.

Selected versus active

The dot marks the active profile; the highlighted row is selected for management. Selecting a row alone does not redirect Display, Modes or Alerts: those pages edit the active profile.

New clones the active profile as New profile. Duplicate copies the selected definition. Delete asks for confirmation and cannot remove the final profile. Name identifies the definition in the editor and Runtime Menu. Use Set active to activate an inactive selection; resolve unsaved or invalid input first.

Each ASR keeps its own selection

Activating a profile changes this screen, not all open screens. For example, LFPG can use the LFPG profile while LFPO uses Default. Save each ASR to preserve its selection.

Bundled airport profiles are named LFPG, LFMN and LFBO / LFLL. The old Custom prefix was removed from airport names; Default and the numbered Custom profiles remain.

Definitions and the Profiles source remain shared. Saving an edit or reloading the source can update shared definitions without replacing other ASRs' active-profile names. If a selected profile disappears, the screen falls back to Default, or the first available profile when Default is absent.

Display modes and their active-mode choice remain part of a profile. Independent ASR profile selection does not create independent copies of that profile's modes.

What a profile controls

  • Display: colors, symbols, trails, tags and Rules.
  • Modes: requirements, visible states, airborne limits and rule gating.
  • Alerts: alert types, timings, visibility and manual closure configuration; ARR/DEP comes from EuroScope.
  • Rendering resolution, exposed under Settings.

A profile selection does not select another airport or replace the current inset arrangement.
