Pyrotechnics allows you to take an existing fire source within range and transform it into either a burst of blinding fireworks or a thick cloud of smoke.
Fireworks: The fire source explodes in a dazzling display of multicolored lights. Each creature within 10 feet of the fire source must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or become blinded until the end of your next turn.
Smoke: The fire source is extinguished, and a cloud of smoke spreads out in a 20-foot radius from the point of origin. The cloud is heavily obscured and lasts until the end of your next turn.
Notes:
The fire used as the source of the spell is extinguished regardless of the option chosen.
The spell provides versatility depending on the situation, whether to obscure an area with smoke or to disorient enemies with a burst of light.
