12_spells_items

Over 60 new and revised spells have been added across all spell levels, along with new weapons, armor, firearms, and unique loot with specific locations in the world.

Booming Blade Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Artificer Melee attack; deals bonus thunder damage if the target moves
Bursting Sinew Cleric, Sorcerer, Wizard Necrotic cantrip that impedes the target's movement
Green-Flame Blade Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Artificer Melee attack that leaps fire to a nearby target
Mind Sliver Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard Psychic damage + subtract d4 from next save
Sorcerous Burst Sorcerer Choose from 7 damage types; chance for magical surge dealing bonus 1d8 damage
Starry Wisp Druid, Bard Radiant damage + reveal invisible creatures
Sword Burst Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Artificer Force damage in a 5 ft radius burst
Thunderclap Bard, Druid, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Artificer Thunder damage to all creatures within 5 ft
Toll the Dead Cleric, Warlock, Wizard Necrotic damage; deals more to injured targets
True Strike (redesigned) Bard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard, Artificer Now a melee spell attack with Charisma
Vengeful Blade Illrigger, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard Melee cantrip; deals necrotic damage on retaliation
Word of Radiance Cleric Radiant damage to all creatures within 5 ft
Finger Guns Bard, Sorcerer, Wizard, Artificer, Spellslinger Ranged force damage cantrip; applies Weapon Mastery Slow on hit
Hellfire Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard Deals fire and necrotic damage on a failed Charisma save
