Subclass Bard College of Glamour
The College of Glamour is a Bard subclass focused on enchantment and ally support. Beguiling Magic at Level 3 makes every Enchantment or Illusion spell carry a follow-up Charmed or Frightened effect. Mantle of Inspiration distributes Temporary HP and free movement to multiple allies with a single Bonus Action. Mantle of Majesty at Level 6 lets you command creatures repeatedly while appearing otherworldly.

Beguiling Magic You always have the Charm Person and Mirror Image spells prepared.
In addition, immediately after you cast an Enchantment or Illusion spell using a spell slot, you can cause a creature you can see within 60 feet of yourself to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, the target has the Charmed or Frightened condition (your choice) for 1 minute.
Mantle of Inspiration As a Bonus Action, you can expend one use of Bardic Inspiration and roll your Bardic Inspiration die. When you do so, choose a number of other creatures within 60 feet of yourself, up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one creature).
Each of those creatures gains Temporary Hit Points equal to twice the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die, and each can move without provoking Opportunity Attacks until the end of its next turn.
Mantle of Majesty You always have the Command spell prepared. As a Bonus Action, you cast Command without expending a spell slot, and you take on an unearthly appearance for 1 minute. For the duration, you can cast Command as a Bonus Action on each of your turns without expending a spell slot. Any creature Charmed by you automatically fails its saving throw against the Command you cast with this feature.
The College of Glamour is the fey enchantment Bard. Beguiling Magic at Level 3 turns every Enchantment or Illusion spell into a double effect — the spell fires normally, then immediately triggers a Charmed or Frightened save on a target of your choice. This stacks well with spells like Hypnotic Pattern or Hold Person, where you want the target locked down on two separate vectors.
Mantle of Inspiration is a high-value Bardic Inspiration use: spending one die roll gives up to Charisma modifier allies both Temp HP (2× die roll each) and free movement. At Level 5 with Font of Inspiration recovering uses on Short Rest, this becomes a frequent combat opener.
Mantle of Majesty at Level 6 converts Command into a sustained Bonus Action loop — one cast per turn for a minute, no spell slots required. Against Charmed creatures (which you can reliably create via Beguiling Magic), those Command saves auto-fail.
